These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MultiConnect, including the hosted application at multiconnect.online and this website. By accessing MultiConnect or connecting social media accounts, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

MultiConnect is a hosted content scheduling and slideshow creation service. It allows you to generate social media slideshows, connect TikTok and YouTube accounts via OAuth, and schedule posts to those platforms. The service is operated by MultiConnect, based in the United Kingdom, and delivered over the internet — it is not a local-only or self-hosted application.

You may create an account and subscribe via this website. We may change, suspend, or limit access to the service at any time.

MultiConnect is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Google, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the platforms you connect) and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must comply with TikTok's, YouTube's, and all applicable platform terms and community guidelines.

3. Accounts and subscriptions

MultiConnect is offered as a paid SaaS product. Current pricing is £11 per month or £99 per year, billed through Stripe. Plans may include a free trial; after the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel. Prices and plan details may change; the pricing shown at /pricing at the time of purchase controls.

• You must provide accurate account and billing information
• You are responsible for activity under your account credentials
• Paid features require an active trial or subscription; access may be restricted if payment fails or the subscription ends
• You can cancel through billing settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals but does not usually refund the current period unless required by law

Payments are processed by Stripe. By starting a subscription, you also agree to Stripe's applicable terms for payment processing.

4. OAuth and API use

When you connect a TikTok or YouTube account, you authorise MultiConnect to access and use your account data and publishing capabilities as described in our Privacy Policy. You understand that:

• MultiConnect will post content on your behalf only when you schedule or approve it
• You remain responsible for all content published through your connected accounts
• Platform APIs may change, become unavailable, or impose usage limits beyond our control
• You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting in MultiConnect or via platform settings

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Comply with TikTok, YouTube, and all applicable laws and platform policies
• Only publish content you have the right to use (images, text, music, etc.)
• Not use MultiConnect for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or misleading content
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access
• Ensure scheduled content meets each platform's format and community requirements

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using MultiConnect. By scheduling a post, you grant MultiConnect permission to store, process, and transmit that content to the connected platform APIs for publication on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. AI-generated content

MultiConnect may use third-party AI services (e.g., OpenRouter) to generate slideshow text. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or suitability of generated text.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep MultiConnect available, but the service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and scheduled posts may fail if the service or a platform API is unavailable at publish time.

9. No warranty

MultiConnect is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee error-free operation or successful publication to any platform.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, account access, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service — including failed posts, account restrictions imposed by platforms, or content removal by platforms.

11. Platform actions

TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account independently of MultiConnect. We are not responsible for platform enforcement actions resulting from content you publish.

12. Termination

You may stop using MultiConnect at any time by cancelling your subscription, disconnecting OAuth accounts, and contacting us to request deletion of your stored data. We may suspend or terminate your access, discontinue the service, or remove stored data at any time, with or without notice, including for non-payment or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of MultiConnect after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
