1. Who we are

2. How MultiConnect works

MultiConnect is a hosted web service. When you use the application, content you create, OAuth tokens, account settings, scheduled posts, library images, and related data are stored on servers we operate — not solely on your personal device. We use this data only to provide and improve the scheduling, publishing, and content-creation features you use.

To publish TikTok photo posts, rendered slide images may be uploaded to our content delivery infrastructure and served via time-limited public URLs required by platform APIs. These URLs are intended for platform ingestion, not general public browsing.

3. Information collected via TikTok OAuth

When you connect a TikTok account, MultiConnect may receive and store:

• Your TikTok display name and avatar URL
• Your TikTok open_id (platform user identifier)
• OAuth access and refresh tokens

We use this information solely to:

• Display which TikTok account is connected in the app
• Authenticate API requests to TikTok on your behalf
• Publish photo carousel posts you create, review, and schedule
• Refresh expired access tokens

We do not sell TikTok data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to call TikTok's official APIs.

4. Information collected via YouTube OAuth

When you connect a YouTube account, MultiConnect may receive and store:

• Your YouTube channel name and avatar
• OAuth access and refresh tokens

We use this information solely to upload and schedule YouTube Shorts videos you create and approve. We do not sell or use YouTube data for advertising.

5. Information you provide directly

When using MultiConnect, you may provide:

• Email address and password used to create and access your account
• Niche descriptions, audience notes, and content preferences ("Brain" settings)
• Slideshow text, captions, hashtags, and scheduled publish times
• Images imported or collected into your content library
• Project and account configuration data
• Billing and payment details processed by Stripe (see section 6)

This information is stored on our servers to operate the service. We do not use your content or platform credentials for advertising or sell them to third parties.

6. Accounts, billing, and payments

You can create a MultiConnect account on this website. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at £11 per month or £99 per year, typically after a free trial. Stripe processes card payments on our behalf; we do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may store Stripe customer IDs, subscription status, and related billing metadata so we can manage your plan and access to paid features.

Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

7. Third-party services

MultiConnect communicates with third-party services when you use related features:

• TikTok Content Posting API — to publish scheduled photo posts
• YouTube Data API — to upload and schedule Shorts
• Stripe — to process subscriptions and payments
• OpenRouter — to generate slideshow copy when AI features are enabled
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the application, store data, and serve content

Each third party has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review TikTok's, Google's, and Stripe's privacy policies before connecting accounts or starting a subscription.

8. This website

This marketing and legal website is hosted as part of the application. We do not collect personal information through this site unless you create an account, start a subscription, or contact us by email. Standard web server or hosting logs may record IP addresses and request metadata as described in our hosting provider's privacy policy.

9. Data retention

We retain OAuth tokens, content, account, and billing metadata for as long as your accounts remain connected and you continue to use the service, or as needed to provide scheduled publishing and manage your subscription. You may disconnect OAuth accounts within MultiConnect at any time. To request deletion of stored data, contact us at [email protected]. We may also delete data when you stop using the service or when required by law.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect stored data, including access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and restricted server access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your rights

You may:

• Disconnect OAuth accounts within MultiConnect at any time
• Revoke app access via TikTok or Google account settings
• Manage or cancel your subscription via billing settings or by contacting us
• Request access to or deletion of your stored data by contacting [email protected]
• Contact us with privacy questions at the same address

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including UK GDPR. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with those laws.

12. Children

MultiConnect is not intended for users under 13 (or the minimum age required by TikTok and YouTube in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of MultiConnect after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
